The promoter of this giveaway is Untamed by Wayfarer Lady (“Untamed”), a company registered in Mauritius.

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of Mauritius only.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Untamed are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

The giveaway will run for 48 hours from the time of posting.

Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.

4. Prize

There will be one (1) winner. 

The prize will be one item from the Villain Era collection (exact item will be revealed to the winner upon collection).

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

5. How to Enter

Entrants must follow the instructions provided in the promotional post to be eligible.

Only entries submitted in accordance with the instructions will be considered valid.

More than one entry can be done but you need to tag 2 NEW baddies (can't be same share), and share to your story. Otherwise your entry won't count.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.

The winner will be notified via WhatsApp message using the mobile number provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond within 24 hours of receiving the notification to confirm acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Untamed reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Prize Collection

The prize must be collected in person from the Untamed offices (address will be provided to the winner).

The winner will be required to present valid identification upon collection.

A promotional photograph will be taken of the winner with the Director of Untamed at the time of collection, and by accepting the prize, the winner grants Untamed the right to use the photograph in marketing and promotional material, including social media and website content, without further consent or payment.

8. Privacy

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to provide a valid mobile phone number for notification purposes.

Untamed will not share entrants’ personal information with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.

9. General

Untamed reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Untamed’s decision in all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
